Neighborhood

Northeast Tacoma, also known as Browns Point, is located across Commencement Bay from Downtown Tacoma.

Known for its breathtaking views of Commencement Bay and the Olympic Mountains and treasured for its convenient access to urban amenities, Northeast Tacoma offers residents the feel of a close-knit, suburban community. People love being able to spend time in nature at places like Dash Point, Dash Point State Park, and North Shore Public Golf Course while still having quick and easy access to Downtown Tacoma, the Port of Tacoma, and the train to Seattle.

In addition to spending time at the beach or enjoying a scenic round of golf, NE Tacoma offers visitors a variety of things to do. Home to Dash Point State Park, this outdoor oasis is its own little world and makes it easy to get out into nature without having to travel far.
