No. Each reservation requires Damage Protection Insurance for a nominal fee. 

We understand that accidents happen, such as a broken glass or lamp. Our guests can rest assured that minor incidents, damages, and accidentals are easily taken care of without worry.  All that we ask is that you notify us immediately so that we can ensure that all is back to our standard for our amazing guests to enjoy.

We allow free cancellation up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival with a full refund. Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled 13 days or less before the start of the stay will not receive a refund. There is a 5% cancellation fee on all canceled reservations.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation investment. Outside of the cancellation policy there will be no refunds issued for unforeseen circumstances.

Our check-in is at 4 pm PST and our check-out is at 10 am PST. We do offer early check-in, late check-out or both based upon availability. We will need to know in advance so that we can coordinate with our amazing cleaning staff. We cannot accommodate unannounced early check-in or late check-out. Thanks for understanding. 

You will have the opportunity to add an early check-in, late check-out, or both once after you receive your booking confirmation and access to your customized boarding pass. The options are:

Yes! With our smart lock self check-in, you can arrive anytime after 4 pm, no matter how late your arrival. We’ll even leave the lights on for you!

Are any of your homes shared spaces?
No. All of our homes are private reservations for the entire guest accessible space.

We have hosted photoshoots, videos, and commercials. We offer different options. Please check out the details [here] and inquire for availability.

Please note: these options are special rates where we provide you with a custom quote prior to booking. Booking a reservation without prior consent is subject to but not limited to our violation fines, cancellation without a refund, and required to immediately vacate the property.

We take additional measures in training our cleaning staff and great pride in our eco-friendly, green cleaning protocols that follow CDC guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected, which have been shown to kill bacteria and viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).

We also provide complimentary hand sanitizer for our guest to use in the living room.

We do not use any synthetic fragrances, bleach, or other harsh chemicals in any of our homes. We care about you, your children, your pets, our cleaning staff, and our environment.

We love our pet guests and the majority of our homes allow pets. Check the property listings to see which ones allow furry family members.

There is a non-refundable Pet Fee for each reservation.

While no environment is completely allergen free, we go to great lengths to be allergen-friendly.

Some of the measures we take include not allowing synthetic fragrances, bleach, or other harsh chemicals in our homes and ask that guests do not bring them into our homes as well. We provide laundry supplies, trash bags, and other household items that tend to have these allergens.

We use an organic allergen spray after each pet guest on all upholstery, carpets/rugs, and fabric that guests with pet allergies rave about. If you have any pet allergies, please let us know and we will do a double spray for you.

We welcome children at our designer homes with most homes providing a Graco Pack and Play and a high chair/booster seat.
